You may have heard, but presumably the largest TCG tournament ever happened over the weekend. It was so big that the Grand Prix had to be functionally split into not two, not three, but four whole “mini-tournaments,” although I don’t think that any tournament with more than 1,000 contestants can be considered mini. Day 1 was Modern Masters Sealed and Day 2 was Modern Masters Draft straight through the Top 8, with Neal Oliver (who started out 0-1) wrapped things up handily.
3 Tarmagoyfs in one pool.
Numerous side evens.
At least one instance of Kevy Metal taking his pants off.
Grand Prix Las Vegas.

Pretty sure I got cheated in the Charity sealed event. Dropped to go eat. Disappointed because my deck was bonkers.

Very sad @lsv is most likely dead for winning the event. "Luis Got Vegas" would have been an awesome/appropriate headline.

I don't always Q for the PT (first in 12 years), but when I do, it's at 4,500 man tournaments. #gpvegas

Nineteen(!) Pro Tour invites for PT Theros awarded at #gpvegas to people with 39 points or more. Dublin should be a party.
