There is a little debate that pops up on Twitter from time to time. Sometimes it can spark a friendly back and forth between friends, and other times it can be what we in the South call “lively”. Do you play your lands in front or back of your spells? Anyone who has watched the Pro Tour has seen one of the famous “land in front” players Paulo Vitor and the chatter that ensues each time he comes on screen. Some say it a clever ploy to frustrate and confuse your opponent. Others go as far to call it out right cheating. What do you think? In the front or in the back?
