FNM Hero: Win a Bonfire of the Damned

Jonathan has written for gatheringmagic.com and starcitygames.com (as a premium columnist). He captivated the Magic community as he chronicled his journey to trade a single pack up to a piece of power nine. Now you can find him here every week as he tells his FNM Hero adventure.

Hello Everyone,

Polish Tamales and I are still brewing up this week’s episode of FNM Hero. It should be up on Wednesday but just because we don’t have it ready today doesn’t mean that we don’t have something to keep you busy.

One thing I’ve noticed as the FNM Hero is that price spikes on cards like Bonfire of the Damned are obnoxious! As a budget player, Bonfires are totally out of my reach — and I assume this is the case for many players who read this column. Today, I want to help rectify that. As a reward for sticking with me through trash-digging, bad beats, and Delver blind-flips I’m going to give one lucky reader a Bonfire of the Damned and two runner-ups a mid-level staple of their choice.

How do I win?!

1) Draw a picture of your favorite FNM Hero moment.
2) Post it Legit MTG Facebook Wall or tweet it with hashtag #drawfnmhero by Thursday at midnight.
3) Profit!

(Winners will be posted Monday)

Aaaaand GO!

I’m pretty excited about what you guys come up with and I’m even more excited to help make Magic more affordable for some of you!
